href=\"https:\/\/guarandafigueroarepuestos.com\/index.php\/producto\/mordaza-delantera-de-freno-para-chevrolet-aveo-1-4-1-5-1-6-chevy-taxy-aveo-family\/\"><em><strong>frenos los discos<\/strong><\/em><\/a> de freno son el componente m\u00e1s visible y con el que la mayor\u00eda de gente relaciona el freno pero su sistema compone muchas partes que sin duda requieren mantenimiento y revisi\u00f3n tanto <em><strong>preventiva<\/strong><\/em> como<em><strong> correctiva<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>La<strong> vibraci\u00f3n del pedal<\/strong> de frenos es un problema muy com\u00fan que puede ser por varias <strong>razones<\/strong> las cuales detallamos a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3>POR VIDA \u00daTIL DEL DISCO FRENO.<\/h3>\n<p>Como todo componente tiene un tiempo de <strong>vida limitado<\/strong> y esto va a variar dependiendo del uso y <strong>materiales de fabricaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de los componentes.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de <strong>discos de freno<\/strong> mientras el recambio de pastillas o forros se realiza las superficie de fricci\u00f3n en este caso del disco no es totalmente liza y dependiendo del material de fabricaci\u00f3n del forro o pastillas las <strong>superficies de fricci\u00f3n<\/strong> se acoplaran de mejor manera evitando la<strong> vibraci\u00f3n del pedal<\/strong>, \u00a0pero si el material no se copla de una manera adecuada \u00a0se producir\u00e1 vibraciones incluso sonidos.<\/p>\n<h3>DISCO DE FRENO PANDEADO.<\/h3>\n<p>El efecto <strong>pandeo del disco<\/strong> de freno tiene que ver por un par\u00e1metro t\u00e9rmico que afecta a la estructura f\u00edsica del disco dependiendo de los materiales de fabricaci\u00f3n y porcentajes con los que est\u00e1n conformados, este <strong>par\u00e1metro t\u00e9rmico<\/strong> ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s alto o m\u00e1s bajo mientras m\u00e1s bajo ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s propenso \u00a0al pandeo, esto puede suceder por un recalentamiento dentro del <strong>sistema de frenos<\/strong> y podemos atribuirlo a los<a href=\"https:\/\/guarandafigueroarepuestos.com\/index.php\/producto\/pasador-de-mordaza-para-chevrolet-aveo-1-4-1-5-1-6-chevy-taxy-family\/\"> pasadores de mordaza trabados<\/a>, cauchos de mordaza remordidos etc. Para evitar este tipo problema se debe realizar mantenimientos de frenos cada 15000km.<\/p>\n<p><a SE ENDURA<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>AIRE EN EL SISTEMA DE FRENOS.<\/h3>\n<p>Otro problema sin duda que produce vibraci\u00f3n en el pedal o sensaci\u00f3n incomoda al aplastar el pedal como esponjoso o duro es la falta de<strong> purgar aire<\/strong> dentro del sistema, este problema se corrige realizando la extracci\u00f3n del aire dentro del sistema.<\/p>\n<h3>COMO PURGO AIRE DE FRENO.<\/h3>\n<p>El termino purga refiere a la extracci\u00f3n de todo tipo de burbuja de gas o aire que se forma dentro de un sistema en el caso del \u00a0de frenos se lo realizamos por medio de los purgadores que se sit\u00faan en las mordazas y bombas hidr\u00e1ulicas,<\/p>\n<p>El proceso es actuando el pedal haciendo presi\u00f3n por lo menos 5 veces mantenerlo apretado y al momento abrir la v\u00e1lvula de purga comenzara a salir el aire este proceso se repite hasta que que al momento de abrir la v\u00e1lvula de purga salga l\u00edquido a presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><a la de rechinar o sonar y la pregunta es porque los frenos suenan, principalmente producido por la cristalizaci\u00f3n de materiales provocado por el cambio brusco de temperatura o por someter al sistema de frenos a elevadas grados t\u00e9rmicos que son superiores al coeficiente t\u00e9rmico de fricci\u00f3n de los materiales los cuales cristalizan el material y produce sonidos.<\/p>\n<p><a de pastillas de frenos en muchos casos hay diferencias en el espesor del material una se ha desgastado m\u00e1s que otra la raz\u00f3n no tiene nada que ver con el material es m\u00e1s un problema de dentro de los elementos que conforman la mordaza puede ser por desgaste de pasadores de mordazas o por ligas o cauchos de pist\u00f3n de mordazas cabe recalcar al momento de realizar un mantenimiento de frenos lubricar las partes m\u00f3viles es de mucha importancia y as\u00ed evitar problemas a corto plazo.<\/p>\n<p><a
